1. Introduction
Welcome to Hexura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hexura LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas, United States, trading as Hexura ("we", "us", "our"), and govern your use of hexura.shop (the "Website") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Accounts
If you create an account, please keep your details accurate and your password confidential. Contact us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Products and pricing
Hexura LLC is a reseller and does not manufacture the products it sells. We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. All prices are set by Hexura LLC and shown in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Shipping is a flat $2.99 per order, with delivery in 3-5 business days after processing. Some orders are shipped by our fulfillment partners. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. We email a prepaid return label for every approved return. For change-of-mind returns the label cost is deducted from your refund; for damaged, defective or wrong items return shipping is free. 8. Intellectual property
The Website design, text and graphics created by Hexura LLC belong to Hexura LLC or its licensors. Product names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners, and Hexura LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those brands.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation or security, or submit false or fraudulent information.

10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided "as is", and Hexura LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
