1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, route disruptions, customs processing, or events outside our control.
3. Food, Beverage, and Storage-Sensitive Products
Some Hexura products may be sensitive to heat, light, handling, or storage conditions. Please collect and inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
After delivery, customers are responsible for storing products according to label instructions or normal safe-use practices, including keeping items in a cool, dry, or otherwise suitable environment where required.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package weight, order composition, and selected delivery method.
Promotional or free-shipping offers may be available on eligible orders and will appear at checkout when applicable.
5. Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive shipment details by email once your order has been dispatched.
6. Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages if products ship from different inventory locations or require different handling.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Delivered-but-Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to review the shipment and assist where possible.
8. Incorrect Address Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Hexura is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
9. International Orders
If international shipping is offered, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local handling charges charged by the destination country.
Customs processing may affect delivery timing.
